The Cooroy Rag newspaper has been running for over 50 years and we believe it is the only newspaper in Australia that DONATES ALL ITS PROFITS BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.

 

Through these community grants we have been able to assist many, many local charitable organisations, sporting clubs, our local show societies and individuals and we are major sponsors of Christmas in Cooroy, Pomona King of the Mountain and the Cooroy Blue Light Disco.

 

Printing 7500 copies every 3 weeks the paper is distributed to Cooroy, Pomona, Eumundi, Doonan, Kin Kin, Kenilworth, Tewantin, Boreen Point in both bulk drops and house deliveries.

 

By keeping our advertising costs low we are able to support our local businesses by encouraging hinterland residents to shop locally and our editorial content is proudly parochial.
